For freshmen and sophomores, the initial startup fee is $175, with a monthly membership of $50. For juniors and seniors, the startup fee is $225, with a $100 monthly membership. No contracts or monthly minimums—just pay as you go, and cancel anytime.

Terms and Conditions for Camp Shutout College Connection (CSCC)

1. Service Scope
Camp Shutout College Connection (CSCC) provides specialized training and development for goalkeepers (GKs) to prepare them for collegiate-level play. CSCC services include developing a player profile, assisting in communication with college coaches, conducting evaluations, and advocating on behalf of GKs in coach communications. Additional services include guidance on video highlights, match analysis for performance improvement, and game observation to support player development.

2. Client Responsibilities
To facilitate effective participation in CSCC’s services, clients (GKs and/or their parent/guardian) agree to:

• Collaborate with CSCC staff to keep player profiles updated.
• Respond promptly to college coaches’ communications.
• Participate in creating and updating video highlights as recommended.
• Attend training opportunities provided by CSCC staff.
• Keep parents informed of activities and communications in the recruitment process.

3. Fees

• Monthly Fee Structure:
  • Freshmen/Sophomores: A one-time initial sign-up fee of $175, which includes a SportsRecruits profile, followed by a $50 monthly fee. 
  • Juniors/Seniors: A one-time initial sign-up fee of $225, which includes a SportsRecruits profile, followed by a $100 monthly fee.
• Processing Fees: Membership costs are subject to processing fees, which will be added to the total amount due. These processing fees will be calculated at the time of payment. 
• Additional Service Fees: Additional flat-rate services are available as follows and are billed separately upon service:
  • Match Analysis: $100 per session.
  • Private GK Training: Fees vary based on group size: $125 for an individual session, $75 for a pair, $50 for a group of four, and $40 for a group of eight.

4. Payment Terms
All monthly payments are processed automatically via credit card on the first of each month. If a monthly payment fails to process, CSCC will notify the customer. CSCC reserves the right to suspend service until the account is current.

5. Refund Policy
This is a month-to-month agreement. No partial month refunds will be issued if a subscription is canceled mid-month. CSCC does not offer refunds for any services rendered.

6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their participation at any time before the next billing date by contacting CSCC staff or submitting a request via email. No further monthly charges will apply after the effective date of cancellation.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
CSCC is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. CSCC will not sell or disclose personal information outside of college recruiting purposes. Personal information entered on the GK’s player profile will be accessible to verified college coaches through SportsRecruits. No other information beyond what is provided in the GK's SportsRecruits profile will be shared.

8. Code of Conduct
CSCC has built trusted relationships with college coaches and requires that all GKs represent themselves and CSCC in a professional manner. Should a GK’s behavior be deemed unprofessional or harmful to CSCC’s reputation, CSCC reserves the right to hold a meeting with the GK and parents. If unprofessional conduct persists, CSCC may terminate the agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability
CSCC will make every reasonable effort to support GKs in their development and placement at a suitable college. However, participation in CSCC’s program does not guarantee a college opportunity, admission, or scholarship.

10. Termination of Services
CSCC services may be terminated by either party at any time. If a GK or their parent/guardian is dissatisfied with the services provided, they may request a meeting to discuss specific concerns. Upon a GK’s commitment to a college program, monthly fees will be discontinued, but CSCC will continue to provide support throughout the GK’s collegiate career.

These Terms & Conditions outline the scope of services, obligations, and protections between CSCC and the participant. By enrolling, clients agree to the terms herein.
