Stan Anderson
Stan is a top-flight coach of goalkeepers at all levels and has been training goalkeepers for over 34 years. During that span he has coached countless goalkeepers that have gone on to accomplish amazing things, like going pro!
Stan has devoted most of his time to the goalkeeper position and has been a guest clinician for the IHSSCA. Stan spent 10 years as the head coach in the Wisconsin ODP system. He's coached at UW-Milwaukee (resulting in five NCAA Tournament appearances), became the Associate Head Coach at Marquette University, coached at Loyola University, spent three years coaching at UW-Madison with John Trask and Keith Tiemeyer. He has earned a USSDA National Championship, a final four USSDA appearance, and coached in the sub15 LigaMX/MLS tournament championship match at Azteca. Stan is a member of the USSDA based in Northfield, IL and is also currently on staff at UIC.

Assistant Camp Director
Doug Cardosi
Douglas Cardosi serves as the Assistant Camp Director at Camp Shutout, bringing 23 years of experience as a goalkeeper and coach. Over the past five years, he has coached at Royal Oak FC, Michigan Stars FC, Detroit-Mercy University (Men), and SC4 (Men). Reflecting on his athletic career, Douglas recalls holding the state record for the longest shootout in state history—32 penalty kicks—though it was broken just two weeks later. His most memorable Camp Shutout moment was his very first day at camp, where, as he admits with humor, "Stan was my SA, and it was the worst session I have ever run."
On-site Coordinator
Eric Wiberg
Eric Wiberg, serving as the On-Site Coordinator at Camp Shutout, has been involved with the camp for 19 years. He has spent the last five years coaching at UW-Stevens Point. Among his athletic accomplishments, he was the “rabbit” for the second-place female finisher in the 2002 American Birkiebeiner Ski Race. Eric's most memorable Camp Shutout moment came in 2012, witnessing the first goalkeeper migration to PCYS after the camp moved from Milwaukee following the 2011 heat wave.

John Clark
John Clark, affectionately known as the "Senior of the Senior Staff," has been with Camp Shutout since 2009. He balances his camp duties with training goalkeepers through Clark Keeper Training. As a player, John participated in the National Collegiate Club National Tournament for two years. His proudest moments at Camp Shutout involve coaching players who have advanced to higher levels, playing a key role in their journeys.

Kaitlin Kelly
Kaitlin Kelly, a Senior Staff member at Camp Shutout, has been involved for nearly 23 years as a goalkeeper and coach. Her coaching experience spans Pius XI High School (Milwaukee), Project One Goal (Kingston, Jamaica), and Edina High School (Minnesota). As a camper, she fondly remembers a breakaway training session with Doug at age 16 that boosted her confidence. Now as a coach, Kaitlin treasures the moments when she can help a camper or SA discover their potential. "It’s a mix of silly antics and meaningful growth moments," she shares.
Senior Staff Member & Mobile App UX Manager
Jamison Yoder
Jamison Yoder, a Senior Staff member and Mobile App and User Experience Manager at Camp Shutout, has been involved for 12 years. He has coached at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for both the men's and women's teams. A standout memory from his athletic career is being the reigning Individual Goalkeeper Wars Champion. Jamison highlights the TKW Championship each year as a camp favorite, complete with "smoke bombs, drums, and chants."
Creative Director
Joe Zimka
As Camp Shutout's Creative Director, Joe Zimka has dedicated 18 years to the camp. His coaching career includes a long tenure with Barrington High School Boys Soccer from 2010 to 2022. In 2006, Joe set NCAA Division I Men's Soccer records for Save Percentage (.955) and Lowest Goals Against Average (.210) in the country, earning recognition among NIU's “Top 50 Athletes of All Time” in 2009. Joe's favorite Camp Shutout memory involves the legendary adventures of "Dick and Darcy Darby solving mysteries and finding clues."
Director of Logistics
Lauren Ellis
Lauren Ellis, Camp Shutout's Director of Logistics, has been an integral part of the team for over a decade. She recalls her most memorable moment the first year 'soccer tennis' was introduced. "It was pouring rain, and we turned the whole ballroom around in approximately 15 minutes. That’s teamwork!" she says with pride.
