Cancellation Policy
To ensure Camp Shutout can maintain the highest level of quality, the following cancellation policy applies to all Camp Shutout registrations:
Cancellation Policy:
Registrants may cancel their registration for any reason; however, a non-refundable and non-transferable $250 will be retained from the total registration for costs incurred (including but not limited to: Mary’s time, hotel rooms, food, insurance, shirt, staff, facility rental and more).
Cancellations made 15 or more days before the start of Camp Shutout are eligible for a full refund of the registration balance, less the non-refundable $250 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 8-14 days before the start of Camp Shutout are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining registration balance.
Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the start of Camp Shutout are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
No-shows
No-shows will be charged the full registration price and are not eligible for any refund.
