Travel Information

If you are a goalkeeper traveling in from out-of-state and need to be picked up from the airport*, we can help!

*Camp Shutout is only able to service pickups and drop-offs to CWA, MKE, and ORD airports. If you are flying into a different airport, you will need to arrange your own transportation to/from Camp Shutout.

Please read the detailed airport pickup information in the collapsers below, and then fill out the form with your travel and flight details.

Youth

ARRIVAL DAY: July 15th, 2025

11 am - Bus arrives at ORD for pickup, departs ORD
12:30 pm - Bus arrives at MKE for pickup
1 pm - Bus departs MKE
3 pm - Bus arrives at Holiday Inn Stevens Point
2:30 pm - CWA Bus pickup trips begin…rides provided throughout the rest of the day

DEPARTURE DAY: July 18th, 2025

Camp Shutout Little BIG Show concludes at noon on July 18th, eliminating most travel needs. However, we'll have access to a small bus if we need to organize transportation.

TWO IMPORTANT THINGS:

The bus shuttle costs a flat fee of $20 cash/Venmo.
It is likely you will find a GK at Camp Shutout who lives near one of these airports who might be willing to offer you a ride. If you plan to depart with them on Friday the 18th you must notify Lauren at: Lauren@campshutout.com

FYI: None of the above costs cover our fee for either the bus or the additional night of lodging but I also know you have made an investment to spend your week with us! Please share this CS travel info in your Camp Shutout state groups.

8 am - 11 am - CWA Bus trips begin…rides provided throughout

THREE IMPORTANT THINGS:

If you need Friday night lodging (July 25th) due to flight timing, a $30 fee (cash/Venmo) will be charged. We'll consolidate hotel rooms to minimize costs, and Camp Shutout staff will be on-site at the hotel.
