Mark Litton
This will be Mark’s 3rd year on staff at Camp Shut out. Mark brings 25 years of goalkeeper coaching experience to the program that Stan Anderson has built into the Premier goalkeeper camp in the nation. Mark was an All-American goalkeeper at UW-Parkside, and was inducted in the UW-Parkside Athletic Hall of Fame in October of 2010. He also spent 4 years indoors as a keeper with the Milwaukee Wave.
Mark’s recent coaching experience includes:
- US National Futsal Team Goalkeeper Coach – hired in 2008 by the US National Futsal team as their first goalkeeper coach. Accompanied the team to Guatemala for a 3rd place finish in the CONCACAF qualifiers, and to Brazil for the 2008 Futsal World Cup. Will be working with the national team later in 2011 as they play 3 games against Brazil (#1 team in the world) as the US team prepares to qualify for the 2012 Futsal World Cup in Thailand.
- Milwaukee Wave Goalkeeper Coach – finishing 7th season as the team’s goalkeeper coach, and head coach of the Milwaukee Wave reserve team, Wave United. Had help the Milwaukee Wave win a national championship during the 2004-05 season.
- UW – Parkside Goalkeeper Coach – just finished 7th overall year as the goalkeeper coach for the men’s team. In 2000, coached UWP keeper Thom Peer to the #1 ranking in the nation in NCAA Division II.
- Attending the USSF National ‘B’ license course at the Home Depot Center in June of 2011.
