Who:  Kaitlin Kelly

Why:  I first came to Camp Shutout as a camper; it had been recommeneded to me from my high school coach because I was new to being a goalkeeper.  I was very much intimidated since I had barely played goalkeeper before.  But Camp Shutout gave me the confidence and tools to develop and hone my skills.  I was honored to be asked back as a staff assistant after high school.  During that time, I played at St. Cloud State University.  I was a camper from ’03-’06, a staff assistant from ’07-’09, and became a staff member in ’10.  I very much appreciate and am in graditude to the staff members of Camp Shutout who coached me, to the other campers I trained with as a camper, and to everyone I work with now on staff, I would not have been the goalkeeper I am without all of them.

Where:  I am currently still a student finishing my degree at St. Cloud
